Is the Lake Glass genuine?
Yes. All of our Lake Glass is genuine, found on the shores of Lake Superior by us. Genuine Lake Glass has qualities you cannot duplicate artificially. The cloudiness of the glass only occures in nature, from a chemical reaction, from sitting in the water for a period of years. This cannot occur artificially.
How do I pay?
We request payment within 7 days of purchase. We offer Google Checkout and Paypal for your convienience. Or we accept checks, money orders, or well hidden cash.
How fast will I get my item?
Once your order is paid for, we ship within 48 hours via USPS First Class Mail (usually 3-7 days delivery, depending on location). We only will ship to the United States and territories, and Canada.
What if I want to return my item?
If the item is damaged or broken, you may send it back to us and we will grant a refund or send a replacement. Your choice. This has to be done within a reasonable amount of time.
